To generate business enquires over phone & e-mail / To attend Sales enquiries well

Understanding Customer Needs & Fixing Appointments

To understand customer needs very well / To fix up appointment s for sales people
To be familiar with the commercial terms & conditions of purchase

Offer Submission & Order Processing

To submit & follow up the quotations / To follow up for purchase orders & payments
To process the purchase orders received

Material Procurement , Despatch & Payments Follow Up

To effectively negotiate the buying price from vendors & organize material procurement
To organize the materials for courier / local deliveries / dispatches to outstations
To prepare the delivery note & Invoice / To follow up payments & c forms

Creating & Maintaining the Data base

To create & update data base of enquiries / offers / / purchase orders / invoice / c forms
To create & update stock statement daily to ensure quick response to business enquires

Providing Marketing & Advertising Support Services

To coordinate the advertisement activities in news paper / media / business directories
To promote the company & products through various portals on the internet
To assist the sales people during the exhibitions & trade shows
